Squats, 107.5; overhead press 67.5, deads 1x5x135, 1x5x137.5. I will record these lifts if possible. Today was in between heavy lift days so I did steady state cardio in the form of fast walking on the treadmill for 40 mins and bumped it up to a jog/run for the last 15. Talk about a red face. I was really into the carbs after that, and totally gave in, but my depleted legs feel great now (a few hours later). I hope the carbs dissapated into stored glucose in my muscles just waiting for tomorrow to come in handy.
