Took Friday and today off from training of any kind. Luckily the gym will be open Sunday and I have no idea what I will do for the Fourth. Heavy squats next, will see how I feel with 115, go to that weight if possible, if not stay at 110 and add reps or a set. Still waiting for the 1.25 plates to get here, with the holiday it is taking even longer. grrr. Overhead press 65lbs, didn't get 3x5 last time so going for that now. Power cleans 80lbs, skipped them last session. I'll try to film the cleans this time.
